Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") establish the agreement between the Client and the Freelancer for the freelance project, which operates on a time-based billing system as detailed on the website.

2. Project Description
The project parameters, including objectives and tasks, will be detailed on the website's project page. Both parties agree to adhere to the terms specified on the website and in any associated project documentation.

3. Hourly Billing
The project will be billed at a rate of $30 per hour, which will be factored into the overall project cost. This amount does not need to be paid upfront; it is only required if the Client decides to transfer the project to another company or organization. The project will be developed on a queue basis, maintained through a monthly maintenance fee. In case of emergencies, the Client can pay the hourly rate to prioritize their task at the top of the queue.

4. Client Responsibilities
We will provide all necessary infrastructure required to keep the project online. If the Client requires a new platform or additional services to maintain the project online, an extra charge may be required. Any costs associated with integration services requested by the Client, such as payment methods or accounting services provided by online platforms, will need to be paid by the Client. Additionally, the Client must provide the necessary keys for these integrations.

5. Deliverables
We will provide updates on project progress and deliverables in accordance with the requests made by the Client. The Client shall have access to view the progress of the project through the website's interface.

6. Ownership and Usage Rights
The Client agrees that the project primarily belongs to us until full payment for all project hours is made. The Client can purchase the project by paying for the total hours worked. We will continuously develop the project, with costs agreed upon and covered by a small monthly payment. Once the Client has paid for all the hours we have invested in the project, ownership will be transferred to the Client.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project, as outlined in the website's terms of service and privacy policy.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with those specified on the website and any associated project documentation, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and service provider regarding the project. By engaging in the project, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service.
