SetBytes offers platform-as-a-service (PaaS) infrastructure including cloud-based hosting, custom domain and email services (e.g., @nuve.cc), containerized deployments, and CI/CD pipelines. These services may change at any time without prior notice.

You must register an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain your password security, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, spamming, malicious content, or unauthorized access. Violations may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Fees and Payments

Some services require payment. You agree to pay applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Pricing may change with notice.

7. Service Availability

While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance and unexpected issues may affect availability. We will attempt to notify users in advance of planned outages.

8. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your data. By using the Service, you grant SetBytes a license to process and transmit your content as needed. We do not claim ownership of your data.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations, non-payment, or harmful use. Your data may be deleted after termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

SetBytes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, service interruptions, or business impact.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SetBytes from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes your agreement to the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
